WWECD, Limited. (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us”) provides the website known as EdgeCapital.com subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The term “Site” means this entire website, its content and services, and any communication, directly or indirectly, with WWECD. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. If you are not at least 18 years old, you may not access or use the Site.

This Agreement is made between WWECD Limited and you, the user and/or member of the Site (hereafter referred to as “you”) and supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. We reserve the right at any time to:

• Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
• Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of any of the Site; or change any fees or charges for use of the Site.

Any changes we make will be effective seven (7) days after notice of any change is provided to you, which may be done by any means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or via electronic mail. Your use of the Site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes to the Site and to the Agreement. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. The current version will always be available on the Site.

Data Accuracy and Liability

All information provided by WWECD Limited is obtained from sources believed to be accurate and reliable. However, due to the number of sources from which information on the Service is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in such information. WWECD Limited does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, correctness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information available through the service.

You also understand and agree that WWECD Limited may hold a position (i.e. stock, exchange-traded-fund, or other investment vehicle) and also buy and sell the securities found on the Site.

WWECD Limited shall not accept any liability with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any Information herein, or omitted to be included herein, or any Information provided, or omitted to be provided, by any third party. All Information is subject to change without notice. The Information may include forward-looking statements which are based on our current opinions, expectations and projections. None of WWECD Limited or any of its employees, contractors, shareholders or affiliates are an investment advisory service or a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and do not purport to recommend or suggest which securities customers should buy or sell for themselves. We shall have no liability for investment or other decisions based upon any Content and/or decisions based upon a contrarian view of any Content. We specifically disclaim any and all liability or loss arising out of any action taken in reliance on Content, including but not limited to market value or other loss on the sale or purchase of any company, property, product, service, security, instrument, or any other matter.

The indicators, strategies, columns, articles and all other features of the Company’s products (collectively, the “Information”) are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to WWECD Limited for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall be the total amount paid by you, if any, for access to www.EdgeCapital.com or any service offered by WWECD Limited at the EdgeCapital Site.

Registration for Membership and Payment

To have access to EdgeCapital.com, you must be or become a member. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your use if any information provided is untrue or inaccurate.

You agree not to share, transfer or resell your use of or access to EdgeCapital.com to any third party. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD and for any and all activities that are conducted through your account. If your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password and immediately notify us via electronic mail at info@edgecapital.com.

Payment and Renewal

Current subscription rates and charges for EdgeCapital.com are available via electronic mail at Contact Us or on the EdgeCapital Subscription page. Payment for your subscription is due in advance and will renew automatically each month unless terminated by us or until you cancel your subscription via your account with PayPal.com or by logging on to EdgeCapital.com and cancelling your subscription under your account settings. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your username and password.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription by cancelling your recurring payment via PayPal.com or under your account settings. Cancellation will take effect immediately. There are no refunds on subscriptions. Any delinquent or unpaid amounts must be paid in full before you may re-subscribe.

If you wish to cancel during a trial period, you are required to cancel before payment is due via PayPal.com or under your account settings. No refunds will be given after the trial period has expired and payment has been processed under any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cancel the subscription before the trial period expires.

WWECD Limited may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to the Site immediately if we determine you have breached this Agreement. We also reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without cause upon 10 business days’ notice and the reimbursement of any whole months remaining on your subscription.

Privacy

At certain times, it may be necessary to share the information you provide. EdgeCapital.com does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties unless it is related to fulfilling the service you have asked us to perform, or as is permitted by law.

Code of Conduct

While using the Site you agree not to:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Site (e.g., “hacking”);
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, libellous, or infringes on intellectual property rights;
• Transmit any commercial communication (spamming) or software containing harmful components (virus, worm, Trojan horse, etc.);
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the website;
• "Frame" or "mirror" any part of EdgeCapital without prior written authorisation; or
• Collect information about visitors or members without their express consent.

Copyright and Limitations on Use

The Site (www.EdgeCapital.com) is the property of WWECD Limited and may only be displayed, formatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any information, research, charts, website pages or drawings received through us to anyone without our prior written consent.

Memberships are provided on an individual basis. No password sharing is allowed, unless permission is granted in writing by WWECD Limited. Activity is monitored, and WWECD Limited may cancel the membership, with or without cause, if a violation of this agreement is suspected, and no refund will be given for your subscription fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You agree to personal jurisdiction by the courts located in the Republic of Ireland and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
